Chris Walker

Veteran Liaison / Recertification Trainer

Chris Walker brings over 25 years of professional dog training experience to Northwest Battle Buddies. His career includes extensive work in working dog development, Police K9 programs, Search and Rescue, and service dog training.

After working at Man’s Best Friend from 1999 to 2007, Chris founded Triple A Dog Training, where he has trained more than 5,000 dogs and built a respected training organization serving clients nationwide and online. From 2017 to 2020, he served with Park County Search and Rescue as a K9 handler and member of the Rope and Water Rescue Teams.

A member of NWBB’s first Board of Directors, Chris has been involved with the organization since its early years — training service dogs for veterans, serving as an Instructor and Recertifier, and now stepping into the role of Veteran Liaison in 2025. He is honored to continue supporting veterans through the life-changing partnership of service dogs.
